The services we offer here at Tribunal Consult are that of Employment Tribunal Claims.  We’re here to help you if you’ve been through any kind of Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Bulling or Redundancy.

Unfair Dismissal

If you have been dismissed from your place of work without a valid reason or your employer acted unreasonably you may have a claim.  If a fixed term contract has not been renewed or your employer forces you the employee to retire this is also Unfair Dismissal.  Constructive Dismissal can also be included in this area.  If you have been dismissed due to you being pregnant or have used or tried to get a statutory employment right these are not points in which an employer can dismiss you.

Wrongful Dismissal

A wrongful dismissal is where your employer dismisses which breaches your contract; this usually means they haven’t taken into account the dismissal procedure formal warning, written warning before dismissing you and dismissing you without any notice.

Sex Discrimination
If you have been dismissed because of your sexual orientation, or perceived orientation then you have a case for Sex Discrimination. Contact us today to see if you can sue your employer.

Constructive dismissal
Constructive dismissal is where an employee is forced to quit their job against their will because of their employer's conduct.  You may have been bullied by work colleagues or a supervisor and when you tried to rectify the situation with a manager no action took place to rectify the situation, leaving you with no option but to terminate your employment ‘voluntarily.’

Race Discrimination

If you feel you have been discriminated in any way, either by people beliefs, opinions and actions you may have a race discrimination claim.  You don’t need to prove that the person intended to discriminate you but you do need to prove that you received les favourable treatment from their actions.  The four main types of Race Discrimination are: Direct, Indirect, Victimisation and Harassment.

Disability Discrimination
No one can discriminate against a disabled person in any involvement with employment, facilities, services or management premises and provisions need to be made for the employment of disabled persons.  Disabled people shouldn’t be treated any differently to other employees and reasonable adjustments should be made to working practises so disabled persons can work effectively.

Bullying
Bullying happens everywhere not only in school but at work too.  Individuals and groups use aggressive or unreasonable behaviour in which to meet their ends whatever they may be.  Bulling in the workplace can come as Physical Violence, Threats of Violence, Name Calling, Sarcasm and Teasing.  No one should put up with bulling, it may affect your home life too not just your work life, you may take more sick days as you cant face your bullies.
