Our Services

The services we offer here at Tribunal Consult cover all areas of Employment Tribunal Claims. We’re here to help you if you've been through any kind of workplace issue be it Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Bulling or Redundancy.

We are here to represent you as either a Claimant or Responder and whatever your circumstances we are here to help. The following type of claims we can help you with are:

Unfair Dismissal
If you have been dismissed from your place of work without a valid reason or your employer acted unreasonably, you may have a claim. If a fixed term contract has not been renewed or your employer forces you the employee to retire this is also Unfair Dismissal. Constructive Dismissal can also be included within this area. If you have been dismissed due to falling pregnant or have used or tried to get a statutory employment right these are also not points in which an employer can dismiss you.

Wrongful Dismissal

A wrongful dismissal is event in which your employer dismisses you in breach of your contract. This usually means they haven’t taken into account the dismissal procedure of issuing a formal warning and then a written warning before dismissing you or if they have dismissed you without any notice.

Sex Discrimination
If you have been dismissed because of your sexual orientation, perceived orientation or even your gender, then you are eligible for a Sex Discrimination case. Contact us today to see if you can sue your employer.

Constructive dismissal
Constructive dismissal is where an employee is forced to quit their job against their will as a result of their employer's conduct. You may have been bullied by a work colleague or a supervisor and when you tried to rectify the situation with a manager no action was taken in order to resolve the issue. In these cases, the employee will often be left with no option but to terminate their employment with the company ‘voluntarily’.

Race Discrimination

If you feel you have been discriminated in any way, either by people beliefs, opinions or actions, you may be eligible for a race discrimination claim. You don’t need to have proof that the person intended to discriminate you, but you do need to prove that you received less favourable treatment from their actions. The four main types of Race Discrimination are: Direct, Indirect, Victimisation and Harassment.

Redundancy Payment

Redundancy issues are more complex than most, but here at Tribunal Consult we have professional advisors who can explain your rights to you. We are able to help you with financial options and decide upon the best way in which to talk to your employer about your redundancy payment.

Defending Whistleblowers
Whistleblowers are often treated unfairly or adversely as they make sure safeguard practises or standards are inline and believe that this is morally right for everyone. We are able give you advice and much needed support here at Tribunal Consult to ensure you are defended correctly.

Disability Discrimination
No one can discriminate against a disabled person in any involvement with employment, facilities, services or management premises and all places of employment must provide the necessarily resources for disabled employees. Disabled people shouldn’t be treated any differently to other employees and measures must be taken in order to allow the employee to work effectively.

Bullying
Bullying happens everywhere-including the workplace. Individuals and groups can use aggressive or unreasonable behaviour in which to meet their ends whatever they may be. Bulling in the workplace can be perceived as Physical Violence, Threats of Violence, Name Calling, Sarcasm and Teasing. No one should have to work within a bullying environment as it may not only affect your work life, but your home life too. This can result in many victims taking more sick days from work which can lead to a termination of their employment from their supervisor.
