Wrongful dismissal differs from unfair dismissal in that it is where your employer breaches your contract dismissing you, normally by dismissing you without notice or without following a procedure stated in your contract. A wrongful dismissal can be both wrongful and unfair.
A breach of contract is where you or your employer breaks one of the terms in your contract of employment. This could be if your employer doesn't pay your wages, or you don't work the agreed hours. There can also be a breach of a verbal agreement
