As an employer you may face problems with employees or former employees. If your company has a personal relations or human resources department you should visit them and consult on the matter. If your company does not have such a department and the matter cannot be sorted out between yourselves, you could make a claim to an employment tribunal.

If you were an employee and feel your employer has dismissed you unfairly, you might make an unfair dismissal claim to an Employment Tribunal. In most cases you will have to have worked for that employer for a year before you can make a claim. Conversely if you were dismissed before 1 October 2006, you will need to have been under your retirement age.
